Good service owners were nice and very kind under new management
I gave this hotel a one star rating because of the mangers. I do not know who thought that these young adults are good mangers. The continental breakfast sucks because they do not have the amenities prepped properly. Their hospitality is a 0. They do not get the meaning of the hospitality business what so ever. I can say this because I was trained well to compensate people who travel in the hospitality industry. The rooms are beautiful. The housekeeping is awful. Such rooms should be keep up. There was dust not enough towels. The microwave and fridge were nasty. The fridge needed to be defrosted Any time you have to check in a hotel and clean after the housekeeper has left you
I say these young kids need to be at another place of business or given a class about maintenance of hotel and servicing costumers. They even gave a guest a key to a room that was already occupied and they do not offer a flat weekly rate. They charge the same price as any one day stay. They will not work with you on a discount and they will not be understandable if you are from out of town doing work and you are waiting for your per diem.

Mediocre ! Dirty ASF. Hot water took about 10 min to kick inn. Won't be back!
Nice place. Room smelled like cleaners i use at home so that was comforting. Use hotels/motels often for work and will stay here again. Good price and clean. I do recommend.
Unclean bathroom no toilet paoer asked and received a smile and a o well deal with it answer wouldn't accept it
